IKEA Again

I lied, we went back to IKEA again. We decided to buy the large desk for the office and that required us to make yet another trip to IKEA. You may remember the last blog about IKEA and the trouble we went through to transport the huge mirror we purchased. Yesterday's trip to IKEA proved that our last trip was nothing! We were unable to get a piece of the desk into the car and my [not so] brilliant idea to take the piece out of the box made things much more complicated. Half of the piece had to hang out of the hatch and to make things worse, it rained most of the way home. Keeping the hatch was much more difficult than last time, and our attempt to safely keep the hatch closed became a very intricate and complicated process. We successfully made it home and this time, I really hope that it will be a long while before we return to IKEA.
